Walked 1.5 miles today. I get to run again next Thursday!
I’m pretty sure my bike is sad since I only got to ride twice before surgery. I’ve apologized every day but she doesn’t seem to care. MUST RIDE SOON!!! PS: She needs a name. I’ll work on that.

I had been doing a good job getting my runs in and my weight down, but have not done a good job of updating this. That ends now.
